Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fast becoming a part of all our lives, yet the number of people who understand AI as a technology is limited. It is imperative for governments and academic stakeholders to address this growing skills gap by building digital readiness among the next-generation. In 2020, National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, collaborated with Intel India to implement Responsible AI for Youth – A national program enabling government school students pan India to become AI Ready.

Continuing the momentum of this successful skilling program, NeGD, MeitY and Intel India have joined hands again to launch, ‘YUVAi- Youth for Unnati and Vikas with AI’ program.
