YUVA is an initiative by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports to empower India’s youth by promoting social mobility, removing educational disparities, and providing 21st century skills. It invites youth to register and obtain engage from in various activities from a large bevy of organizations in various sectors, aiming to create an inclusive and equitable society.
YUVA, a significant initiative coinciding with India’s Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, aimed at boosting youth engagement and self-reliance. YUVA serves as a platform for young people to socially interact, expand their knowledge, exchange ideas, and become self-reliant citizens, contributing to India’s growth during the Amrit Kaal era.
Current Offerings
- Experiential Learnings opportunities - experiential learning offers industrial training to the youth to build skills, gain experience, and explore career options.
- Volunteer Opportunities - Partnering with NYKS for providing volunteer opportunities for the development of their personality and skills.
- Mentorships - Provides meaningful learnings through mentorship partnering with businesses, police and NYKS.
